A Win-Win LWRWC Off-The-Ranch Outing
On Saturday, August 21, 2021, a group of Lakewood Ranch Women’s Club members, spouses, and friends enjoyed an Off-The-Ranch afternoon outing to watch the Tampa Bay Rays vs the Chicago White Sox at Tropicana Field St. Petersburg. This was the first in-person Off-The-Ranch Outing since the Club shut down due to the pandemic.
The LWRWC group sat in the Press Level close to Homeplate! What could be more enjoyable than watching America’s favorite pastime up close and personal in the company of friends.
The game’s excitement was escalated because the Tampa Bay Rays and the Chicago White Sox are currently the top two teams in American League Baseball. The Rays beat the White Sox 8-4 to even up the series with the South Siders.
